Sandy is a digital marketing consultant, specialising in the web, mobile and cutting-forms of new media.
Sandy began as a self-taught graphic designer and illustrator, doing freelance work for creative agencies.
In 2001, Sandy founded a graphic design company called Mezzotint Design. Together with several partners, the graphic design agency did projects for several companies; covering a wide variety of projects, from sports apparel designs to product packaging.
With a burgeoning interest for the internet, Sandy taught himself web design and programming. His efforts allowed him to win first place in the 2001 Flashkit Competition.
In 2004, Sandy joined a Taiwanese gaming company called Wayi. Wayi produced and managed large-scale Massive Multi-player Online Role-Playing Games (MMORPGs). He worked as a web and product packaging designer. He designed the community website and boxsets for their newly-launched MMORPG.
In 2005, along with a like-minded partner, he founded Mezmedia. He has been project managing and consulting for Mezmedia ever since.
Sandy has been in the industry for more than 9 years, his knowledge spans from illustration, graphic design, interactive to social media. He is a technological evangelist, paints and cooks in his spare time.
