Fresh from the Mezmedia oven! This is the latest logo resolve for Bamba. Done entirely in After Effects. We plan to incorporate this in the next Bamba app we’re planning (which we will reveal shortly) as well as the all subsequent Bamba video trailers too.
The audio is specially made for us by Bjorn Lynne of Shockwave-sound.com (which is a great site for royalty-free music, voiceovers, etc.). We love the cute “Bamba!” at the end, voiced by Bjorn’s daughter Lisa and her friend Kristina.

PruJourney is an app to help Prudential’s financial consultants present concepts of financial planning to potential clients. This Enterprise-only app is used by the consultants during their one-on-one session with their customers. It helps explain key financial planning concepts and calculates the client’s financial goals.

The key challenge was to turn something that was traditionally done with pen and paper, powerpoint slides, a calculator, newspaper cuttings, etc. into a viable, usable app that could do the same and more.
There is a simple game in PruJourney called ‘The Journey’ that the potential customer would play. This gives an opportunity to break the ice, engage the customer and at the … Read More »

Mezmedia has launched an iPhone and iPad app targeted at infants ten months and above.
The app has been launched less than a week ago and already downloads and sales have been promising. Called ‘ABCs & Animals’, it is an interactive flash card application. Kids can touch and scroll through a series of animated flash cards that display cute, bright and endearing illustrations; while appropriately amusing sound effects are played.
The app has been developed by BabyPad – a department of Mezmedia that focuses on educational apps for children. BabyPad and the idea for the app came from a tiny source – one of our director’s one year old daughter. Having watched the infant become adept at the iPad even at that age, the idea for the app was just a short step away.
The application was built at two different resolutions to … Read More »
